About Crosslife Church
CrossLife Church was founded in 2019 to be a healthy, growing church. We constructed our facility in 2021 to be a home base for a church community and a private, Christian school serving the Pflugerville area. Come and see today’s chapter of our story. We’d love to share a few pages with you to praise God for his amazing grace, and turn the next page as we pursue God’s purposes for our future story together. God is good. All the time!

OUR BELIEFS
GOD
There is one God (Deuteronomy 6:4), eternally existing in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). These three are co-equal (John 10:30) and each possesses all of the attributes of God (Isaiah 6:3). God is the Creator (Genesis 1:1) and Sustainer (Psalm 36:6) of the universe (Hebrews 11:3) and everything in it (Revelation 4:11). The Triune God is the ultimate Giver of grace, love, peace and joy to all humanity (2 Corinthians 13:14).
JESUS
Jesus Christ is the Son of God (1 John 5:20). He is one with God the Father and the Holy Spirit (John 15:26). Jesus Christ is our Savior (Luke 2:11), who was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14), lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), died on a cross for all sin (John 1:29), and was raised from the grave after three days to demonstrate His defeat of sin and death (1 Corinthians 15). He ascended into heaven (Mark 16:19) and will return to earth to announce final judgment (Acts 17:31) and begin his eternal reign in heaven (Matthew 25:31,32).
HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is one with God the Father and Jesus Christ (John 15:26). The Holy Spirit serves as our Comforter, Guide and Advocate (John 14:16). The Holy Spirit is given to Christians (Acts 2:38,39) and provides guidance in living (Galatians 5:22-24), an understanding of the Bible (1 Corinthians 2:10), and prayerfully intercedes for them (Romans 8:27). He brings people to a living faith (1 Corinthians 12:3), and equips Christians with special talents to fulfill God’s purposes (1 Corinthians 12:4-6).
THE BIBLE
Our foundation is based firmly upon the Bible as our final authority (Revelation 22:18,19) on Christian beliefs (2 Timothy 3:15) and as a guide to living (Psalm 119:105). The Bible is divinely inspired by God (2 Timothy 3:16), without error (2 Peter 1:21), and given to people so that we may know and understand the truth of God and His love (John 20:31).
SALVATION
Salvation is not something that can be purchased (1 Peter 1:18,19) or earned (Titus 3:3-7). It is a free gift from God (Romans 6:23) provided by Jesus' sacrifice on the cross(1 John 4:10) and is received through faith (Ephesians 2:8,9). Faith is God’s saving and strengthening work on the heart (Romans 10:9,10), through Baptism (1 Peter 3:21), Holy Communion (Matthew 26:26-28), and the words of God in the Bible (2 Thessalonians 2:13,14). Everyone who is saved still struggles with sin (Romans 7:21-25), but it does not curse or control them (1 Corinthians 6:11).
