GOD'S WINNERS ARE FIGHTERS

Have you ever been bullied? Has your child ever been bullied? It’s happening a lot more than you realize, especially in your soul.

Notes And Next Steps

Ephesians 6:10-20 + Part 9 of the series “Masterpiece in Progress: Ephesians"

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12)

You aren’t fighting because you aren’t seeing the real battle. And you don’t fight because you flee.

Take your stand against the devil’s schemes … so that when the day of evil comes you may be able to stand your ground. (Ephesians 6:11,13)

Today is the day of evil.

Every follower of Jesus is a warrior, but the choice to fight is your own.

God doesn’t ask you to win. That’s Jesus’ job. God asks you to fight.

He put on righteousness as his breastplate, and the helmet of salvation on his head; he put on the garments of vengeance and wrapped himself in zeal as in a cloak. (Isaiah 59:17)

Fight, warrior of God. And when you do, you fight with borrowed armor.

      2. Which is more likely keeps you from fighting the spiritual enemy—not seeing the battle, or seeing the battle and avoiding it? What do you need to pray about this week?
