We are the presence of Jesus that people can see. The love we show, the patience we have, the notice we take, the attention we give, the truth we speak, the hope we inspire—is not just us, but Christ living in and through us.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20)

Jesus showed up for people in need.

• Nicodemus in John 3 asking the hard questions he was wrestling with
• The woman at the well in John 4 entangled in toxic relationships
• The disciples in Matthew 18 arguing over who was the greatest
• The woman in Mark 5 suffering for years from unanswered health issues
• The crowds in Matthew 9 who were harassed, and ready for some good news
• The man in Mark 9 who needed faith but didn’t know how to believe
• The rich young ruler in Luke 18 ruined by the attraction of wealth
• The woman in John 8 who slept around and nearly threw her life away for sexual fulfillment

Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. (1 Corinthians 12:27)

There are people in your life whose own lives will change because you are Jesus with skin on.

A. Do you know who you will invite to Invite Your One Sunday?

   3. Promise them popcorn, popsicles and kids tattoos on Invite Your One Sunday.
