PHYSICAL EXPRESSIONS OF WORSHIP

What we do with our bodies—especially in worship—is of great interest to God. He not only created our bodies, but redeemed them for worship now and eternally.

Notes and Next Steps
Revelation 4:9-11 + Part 6 of the series "Worship Like It's Heaven"

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. (Revelation 19:11,12)

He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. (Revelation 19:13,14)

Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. (Revelation 19:15)

King of kings and Lord of lords (Revelation 19:16)

Jesus is your King. Not anyone else, even if they say so. Jesus is your Lord. Not anything else, even if it seems so.

  1. Pray more patiently.
  2. Be accountable for your words.
  3. Listen more and speak less.
  4. Worship with your BEST. (Be here. Expect God. See people. Tell your friends.)
