I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:12,13)
Contentment does not come from what happens to us in life, but in what we believe about what happens to us in life.

How did Jesus see his own circumstances?
I rejoiced greatly in the Lord. (Philippians 4:10)
… the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:18,19)
God owns all of your stuff, and asks you to take care of it in a way that honors him, makes him look good, thanks him, and shares with others.
