Let's get ready to celebrate our Savior! God has given us so many amazing blessings: our families, friends, and His everlasting love. At this year’s VBS, kids will dive into five events in Jesus’ life and discover that Jesus’ love always gives us a reason to celebrate.

Daily Schedule:

8:40-8:55 am

Drop off. All parents enter and check-in with children

9:00-9:15 am

Opening worship and Bible teaching by Pastor Daron

9:20-11:05 am

Group Stations—
Singing. Games. Snacks.

11:05-11:15 am

Closing VBS cheer

11:15 am

Pick up. All students securely identified and escorted to parents

EASTER-RELATED EVENTS: VICTORY IN JESUS!

Last Supper

Jesus celebrates the Passover with his disciples. It remembers a plague long ago where God saved all who trusted in him (Luke 22)

Betrayal

Jesus is betrayed by Judas and arrested in a garden. Jesus knew it would happen, and gave himself in love to suffer and die for all people (Luke 22)

Crucifixion

Jesus is executed by the Romans, who play into God’s plan for sin’s punishment of death to fall upon his own Son instead of us (Luke 23)

Laid to Rest

Jesus is laid in a tomb, as proof to the world that he truly died (Luke 23)

He is Risen

By miraculous power as Lord over everything—even death—Jesus comes back to life on Sunday morning. He promises the same victory and new life to any who believe in him (Luke 24)

Ascent to Heaven

40 days later, after reassuring his followers with peace, Jesus ascends to his throne in heaven to rule in power and love (Luke 24)

Easter Sunday at CrossLife Church in Pflugerville is packed!

9:00am | Children's Ministry Check-In
Arrive early to check out the building, especially the classrooms designed for children’s ministry. Meet the staff and check-in your child to attend later in the morning.
9:30am | Worship Celebration
Sing along to live music as our band leads us in praise to Jesus. Find guidance, inspiration and faith in life-related Bible teaching about Jesus. Children participate with their families. After a children’s message, preschool, elementary and middle school students transition to children’s ministry in the classrooms. Vibrant media, group discussion, and Bible teaching and activities engage kids at their level until 10:45 a.m. when parents pick them up.
10:30am | Eggs and Fun
Enjoy free brunch. Meet new friends. Kids hunt for Easter eggs in any of the four age-appropriate egg hunts, then they can play on the covered side patio and natural playscape.
